you are right woody57. It's so, I have red about scrolling problems with Winuae and other emus a lot. In the beginning I had the same problems because I simply didn't know, that scrolling is not only an emulator issue. So I didn't like emulators. But with the smooth scrolling my opinion have changed instantly.

The real Amiga is always going to be better than an emulator. Until they stop working, anyway

Buy the real thing imo. It just feels nicer to actually use an Amiga rather than a noisy/expensive PC which drives me nuts

no reason why real Miggys won't last another 20 odd years...

Generally I use winuae for testing and then chuck em onto floppy. Even a Harddrive in an amiga doesn't feel right, I need to hear the disk drive whirring

(i must be nuts)

Yeah WinUAE is great (and takes less space and cash than a real Amiga) but I definitely prefer the real thing. I do use WinUAE but it doesn't quite feel the same as using my A1200.
