You can find the game in planetemu, under the AMIGA COMPILATION section. Just follow the link below:

But you won't find Manic Miner 2 there. Does this even exist?

Yea .. I've got it at home .. also its on that planetemu like he said .. goto Amiga ( ) -> Roms -> Commodore Amiga - Compilations (2nd link down) -> click M -> 4th link in the list -> "Manic Miner & Manic Miner 2 & Kid Gloves & Snifburk Simulator (1990)(Lofty)"

I had found an ADF with manic mainer I and II, but the zip file was broken. The link is this: http://jswremakes.emuunlim.com/Systems/amiga.htm

here is what the page says about this game:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Manic Miner I and II
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Company: Software Projects - Author:Stephen Mc Master
Format: Zipped ADF - Size:572Kb
Description: Manic Miner 1 is more or less a straight spectrum conversion (not that good actually...) while MM 2 probably is the most advanced Manic Miner ever made! (4 way scrolling, great music, sampled speech...) But, best of all; Miner Willy looks like a big nosed Super Mario!.. Use Kickstart 1.2/1.3 with minimum config (512k chip-mem...1 mb fast...)
