no keyboard input in JR-Comm
Hey,
I'm just getting back into the Amiga and i'm having a strange problem. When JR-Comm boots up it's like it doesn't detect the keyboard. I can make no input into the terminal, or any other options in the program. Am i missing something? Help!?! |

I was just fooling around with it again, and tryed it, and it worked! very odd, as i didn't make any changes. i'm still curious if anyone had run into this problem before...
cheers. |

I used to have a keyboard error with NComm because I didn't have a modem and it used to try to initialize a modem that was never there.
Perhaps you were having problems with your Serial connection? Who knows perhaps it just didn't work that one time, I get odd problems like that on my Amiga now and then. |

That was the odd thing.... with mouse control, i could get the modem to dial - just no response from the keyboard. Also the caps light was repeatedly flashing. When i did get it finally to work (not sure if this did it), i turned on the capslock on boot. This didn't seem like it should fix it, but im a noob so i have no clue.
