Beneath a Steel Sky
Hi,
Anybody knows wher I can find a _working_ iso of this game? I've burnt it from three different files and _all_ of them crash at the fourth level (tested it on two CD32)! |

I have this game but I have the PC-CDROM version. I could make an iso for you but uploading somewhere could take lot of time and downloading the same.

Thats about right........
Back when this game first came out, I went and bought it.
When it came to using the computer terminals in the game it crashed. I have never ever managed to get this game to run without crashing at the terminals. I seem to recall that there was somewhere else that it crashed, but it has gone from memory now. I did ring the company at the time, they just said thanks for the info and take it back to where you bought it. I did take it back, explained that I had spoken to the company and I got a refund. Sorry to not be able to help, just pointing out that this game had bugs from the start........... Last edited by Washac; 24 May 2002 at 09:31. |

You may think that getting to this screen by another path is the solution - in fact it does bring you to the desired screen but it's all messed up (random pixels) and when you try to enter a room then it crashes. Knowing the game there must be an item in this room that's mandatory to get in order to finish the level... Did _anybody_ finish that game? |

The PC version was fine for the time, but it wasn't that spectacular-Day of the Tentacle,Sam & Max,or Indy 4 were far better in terms of speech etc.
You may still find some info on revolution's website try here, http://www.revolution.co.uk/ Hope that helps NoX I preferred Broken Sword following B.A.S.S. |

Do you ever noticed that the voices in the Amiga version is not the same as the PC version? All high-pitched like chipmunks?
