Terminal program asking for new stuff

I've been using Ncomm 1.92 for years but now I wanted to try the 3.06 version and ran into some strange stuff.

If I have anybbs.whatever.com:6400 in my phonebook and I dial it, NComm asks for traplist.library. Downloaded it and now it asks for volume NODELIST when I dial from the phone book. Doing some assign and snoopdos stuff I see it wants fidonet.index.old and fidonet.index from NODELIST: Naturally did some Googling etc around it, even found something but I still don't understand what and why it needs now.

Manual dialling (ATDT xxx) from terminal mode of course works fine.

Now what is this then?

NComm 1.92 was almost perfect, then they messed it up. That's what happened.
