Terminal program asking for new stuff
I've been using Ncomm 1.92 for years but now I wanted to try the 3.06 version and ran into some strange stuff.
If I have anybbs.whatever.com:6400 in my phonebook and I dial it, NComm asks for traplist.library. Downloaded it and now it asks for volume NODELIST when I dial from the phone book. Doing some assign and snoopdos stuff I see it wants fidonet.index.old and fidonet.index from NODELIST: Naturally did some Googling etc around it, even found something but I still don't understand what and why it needs now. Manual dialling (ATDT xxx) from terminal mode of course works fine. Now what is this then? |

NComm 1.92 was almost perfect, then they messed it up. That's what happened.
