Yes, they're out of business since 1 december. They're still available for questions by mail or phone.
Funny, I'm dutch and I thought they were long gone already. |

I did not know them until recently, but it is a bit sad to see a company with apparently 30 years of history in the video game industry disappear. It might be a good time for those interested in such things to ask them if they agree to release their Amiga games as freeware, have unreleased stuff etc....
