I'm still thinking if there is any title which definitely yells for a revision... AFAIK Bill Elliot's Nascar Challenge was also kinda poor in terms of fps... Funny in a certain way how hard to decide if a game is good at all or not, just because if's slowness makes it practically impossible to get a proper consequence.

The Amiga version was patched many years ago. Try Stunt-Car Racer TNT Turbo

TNT on 060 is just as slow as the original game, unless cache is enabled but that speeds up the whole game [ Show youtube player ]

Test Drive is also gets a new level of gaming experience with a SuperCPU on the C64, sadly the Amiga version doesn't follows that nice tradition. I've tried several versions of it on various configs including the Minimig, although the TD1 gets kinda smoother in terms of visuals, it just doesn't steps over a certain barrier. TD 2 is even worse.

That's not true. Try pressing F7?

Here are two videos (not emulation) and the speed difference is obvious.

Unfortunately the way the game was written for 680x0 I don't think you can decouple frame-rate from game speed. More frames/sec = faster gameplay

Where is it stated that these videos are from Amiga with 68060 accelerator?
TNT's WHDLoad readme also states that the turbo patch has issues on 040/060 accelerators
