Odyssey by Alcatraz - caps lock (under emulation)?

The credits scroll for Odyssey says something along the lines of "did you watch caps lock at the beginning?" - which, truth be told, I never did (even back in the days the demo was first released!).

I have no idea what they were referring to, and Google searches didn't reveal anything...is there any way to see this under emulation, with the OSD or keyboard LEDs? (I can't find any way to map the real Amiga Caps Lock green LED to anything in emulation.)
