Darkseed issue

Hi all...

I haven't played for a while, and i think i remember i got past this only a few times, but now i have I have no idea.I've read solutions, walk-thoughts, and have had no luck.

The issue is on day 2 after using the "Get out of Jail" Free card, and picking up the gun from the police station, you exit back to your backyard to meet Dilbert, but he never shows up...

I've tried hitting "T" to make time pass, but then it gets late and u die.

I need to get pass this in order to get over to the Dark Word.... yet no solution even talks about "what if he doesn't come"

I realize if something seems out of the ordinary, if would mean you've not accomplished something else, but in this case, i have.

I've done everything else, and got everything.

Any ideas?

Its been a while, BUT, if i get what you´re saying right than you where in prison already ? hmmmm..

You have to hide all youre items in the cell.
( in the real world , and have to get them back in the dark world...
( hhmmmmmm its been over 20 years i think )

Anyway, you MUST have the Alcohol Bottle, otherwise Delbert wont show up.

Yes, i have the Alcohol bottle and i've stached the items under the pillow in prision..

After i get out using the "Get out of Jail" free card, i get the gun from the police station, between here and the Dark Word you must get the stick, but only after you meet Delbert in your backyard instead of his...

This is where he doesn't show...

I remember completing Darkseed, once, but only once..... I've never been able o do it again because of this. Been way too long for me too.

Hmmm, finished the Game a few times back then, but i know it´s a bit.. "tricky"

There are points in the game witch could screw you over big time
( bad design choice, like many Sierra games back then )

But wait.... i have found my old handwritten solution...
and it says...( after you use the "free card" and picked up the gun )
go back into the real world...

now it say´s WARNING

ONLY USE THE ROPE FROM NOW ON.

WAIT UNTIL 18 O CLOCK and GO TO DELBERTS GARDEN ...

and so on....

the thing is... that its says, WARNING,, ( at that point ) and WAIT UNTIL 18 O CLOCK..
