Smile REQ: Leavin' Teramis (Amiga Fun coverdisk)

I'm (still) looking for a working copy of the Amiga Fun coverdisk with Leavin' Teramis by Thalion. The TOSEC version has a [b], and it has to stay: the disk is irreparably broken!

An archiver is able to squeeze the disk at a rate of 98%: this is VERY odd. Looking at the disk with a disk editor revealed nothing but EMPTY blocks. Block #882 is irreparably broken and the disk name is LAZARUS. Someone has meddled with this disk using DiskDoctor (!)

Could anyone look around if he/she has got another copy lying around, preferably on real disk he could transfer?
Thanks in advance
