Misc coverdisk scans and ADFs, with question
Hi all,
I have these missing coverdisks scanned at around 520x555 pixels in PNG format (example full-size JPG attached) : Amiga Power Issue 62 - F1 World Championship Edition AUI Superdisk 18 Stampede 1-1 Stampede 1-2 Stampede 2-1 Stampede 2-2 Rampage 3-1 Rampage 3-2 Rampage 5-1 Rampage 5-2 The One - Plotting Demo The One - Paradroid 90 Demo The One - Brat! Demo I also dumped these missing ADFs, working in WinUAE : AUI Superdisk 18 The One - Plotting Demo The One - Paradroid 90 Demo The One - Brat! Demo Now, am I right in thinking that I just upload them to the EAB file server, inside a folder with my username? Thanks |

Stampede Amiga Issue 1 Disk 1
Hi Flobalob,
I know this is an old thread, but I post this in good faith: I have not been able to find a working copy of Stampede Amiga Issue 1 Disk 1 anywhere on the web. It would make my day if you were able to upload a working copy. The only other version I found online appears to be a corrupt adf. Thanks so much. Quote:

Just to clear this bit up: Only the last four mentioned items are disk images. The first ones are 'just' scans of the disks. So Stampede 1-1 isn't available on the file server as a disk image.

Thanks TCD.
I slipped up there. I didn't read the opening post properly, since it was so old, and assumed they were all scans AND .ADFs. And I guess the OP won't be uploading the rest of them now. |

Since it was some time I had to re-check if anything has been uploaded... and it hasn't So all is for naught about those promised scans and disk images I'm afraid.

Er... I found the stuff on the HOL server, but I have no clue what happened to the stuff on the EAB side I'll just pop it into the user uploads again and we never talk about it again

Sorry for sending you all on a wild goose chase!
It is a shame that the .adf files were never uploaded for these cover disks. I was specifically after the first issue disk, which contained a demo of Turrican, for the musical intro demo on that disk. Thanks for the help and any leads are appreciated. It is good to see such an active community of Amiga enthusiasts. |
