This looks like something for programming MS-DOS. Is it Amiga-related?

The title of the book is "Graphics Programming Black Book" which means it covers various aspects of graphics programming (mainly 3d, f.e. clipping, shading, BSP trees etc pp.). Graphics programming is not limited to a single machine so yes, it is Amiga related even though there's some DOS only code in the book too.
