Vote for five games.

Your first choice gets 5 points, second 4 pts, third 3 pts, fourth 2 pts, fifth 1 pt.

Remember to choose games suitable for competition play. Edited votes will be discounted (unless told otherwise) so think before you post. Please only vote on one board - either EAB or Lemon.

If a game comes in ECS and AGA versions, please state your preference in your vote. In the event the versions differ gameplay-wise, the version with most votes will be played. ECS is the default if you don't specify.

No player has double voting power for Round 8 as there was no outright winner in Round 7.

This is the second Open Round of the season, meaning any game at all can be voted for as long as it is suitable for competition play.

Voting is over, and it's pleasing to see a much healthier turnout this time round. I'd like to think we could keep the voting numbers at around this mark more often.

I'm sure nobody is surprised at this outcome, but here are the hard facts:

1. Turrican 2 - 30
2. Formula One Grand Prix - 20
3. Lotus Esprit Turbo Challenge - 19
4. Barbarian - 17
5. IK+ - 17

Total votes: 16 - Total games voted for: 36

So a second outing for Turrican 2 it is. Interestingly (or possibly not), the top two games only received first-placed votes, whereas the games below them picked up as many votes, but were apparently immune to being put top of many lists.
