Barbarian vs Barbarian II (Palace) - Which Is Best?

Hi everyone and welcome to the November 2017 edition of the Which Is Best?
Last month I placed Nebulus and Nebulus 2 against each other, I can now reveal Nebulus 1 stormed it by 14 votes to 2, not many voted this time, maybe it's because these games can seriously drive you mad especially the first one and for many they would rather forget the pains of these games lol,...dunno why though, I myself can complete Neb1 with just one life :-D

This month I'm going to place the two Barbarian games against each other,...The Ultimate Warrior and The Dungeon Of Drax, which do you think is the better game?!, only your votes will determine that,...happy voting! :-D

Yup exactly, that clip is not from "Conan the Barbarian" or "Conan the Destroyer" but the spinoff, "Red Sonia"

Speaking of confusing exits. Thats the main reason that turned me away from drax. Was there ever a pattern through thise mazes or was it random exits?

There is a pattern - I did a longplay of the C64 version and I used a map that someone had published online. It was a while ago now, but I remember it was highly frustrating! As I recall, the location of the items you have to collect can be randomised so it's never quite the same on successive attempts.

Barbarian. Would be nice to see a much improved version for AGA, 030+, 8MB+ Fastram. What means better gfx/sfx, highres+ and gameplay.
