Wireless Logitech Mouse/Pad receiver for Amiga

Hi All,

I didn't ask author assuming that after publication on open forum this is not a secret but for all those desperate to have wireless Mouse/Pad (only Logitech) "connected" to Amiga there is good news - someone (Piotr_go) made it possible (beware as topic is in Polish): http://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic2712833.html

Translation trough Google http://translate.google.com/translat...ic2712833.html

There is a movie (to download) how it works, also very brief description - author will NOT release any details about Logitech protocol and He will be probably only one source for this product. Currently only one proto board is made (but it looks nicely) - second board will be finished when some missing part will be available.

Really interesting. Can you please keep us informed on that, because the google translation isn't so good. Thank you. I will keep an eye on this thread.

Not that amazing.

I have an old ps2 logitech keyboard/wireless mouse combo. It works fine on my 1200 with a lyra2 and micromys v4.

He reverse engineered the wireless logitech protocol, so yes it is amazing.
It's a logitech wireless to amiga mouse protocol adapter not just a ps/2 to amiga adapter.

Why not simply use an old Amiga IR mouse?

I will try and yes, Google translation for more complex languages (as for example Polish) are very bad...

I suggested this idea many years ago an adapter that plugs into ten pin header on A1200 motherboard near the mouse port, just add missing pins and have a plug-in adapter.
