Games with a boss key?

Inspired by another topic

Do you know any game that featured a boss key, in other words a keyboard shortcut or combination that would turn the game screen into something that looked more "professional?"

I remember several old Sierra adventure games had such keys, but usually it was more of a joke. One of the Leisure Suit Larry in the series, can't recall which one, had a bosskey that showed a kind of word processor or tabulator with stupid information in it.

I guess the whole concept of boss keys went obsolete with Windows alt-tabbing features, but I'm curious to know if you remember any other game that had such a feature and what kind of screen it showed

MacPlaymate had a Panic button, shown in the above screenshot, that brought up a very realistic looking spreadsheet.

Haha, funny one!

Well playing at work is not recommended, and I guess THIS kind of game less than others and really need a PANIC button for sure

I remember the PC version of Leisure Suit Larry had a boss Key.

Are the Stag disks the sort of disk that I think I remember them being?

I'm sure my version of Win98SE had a Boss Key on Minesweeper. If you hit Esc the game would minimise and the taskbar button would read 'Budget.xls' - Saved me a few times

Can't think of one on the Amiga, though...

Nevermind did have one but not the amiga version. In tye manual, which i have around somewhere it even has a disclaimer that psygnosis can not be held responsible if you found yourself in the unemppoyment line.

Star Wars by Broderbund for DOS had a boss key that brought up a semi-functional spreadsheet, reporting system, facts about the developers and a shaded 3D spinny logo that could be controlled with the keyboard.

Send a message via ICQ to Tomcat
I remember a Chess-Game on Amiga, it has a menu-entry named "If the boss comes the way". Then AFAIR a Spreadsheet-pic appears.
