What does/doesn't the V-code do for Retina Z3

What I know from Amiga resource, the V-code module enables the s-video and composite ports on Retina Z3 and converts the RGB signal to those respective signals.

What else this module does? Does it have a scan doubler?

The module just do S-VHS and composhite out, nothing more.
