WinUAE bombed out on me again yesterday

It was when I was playing with my bootblocks - at some point I had a requester similar to "WinUAE has experienced a problem and has shut down" sort of thing. I checked if there was any extra files where WinUAE.exe lives and nothing.

I'm going to add those two extras bits onto the command line so if it bombs out again I can copy & paste the output window into a text file for you. I've not modified my Windows in any way but here's some of my specs...

Windows 7 Ultimate (x64)
4GB PC6400 RAM (matched, 128bit)
GeForce 9400GT (1GB RAM model)
Dual 1680x1050 (Running WinUAE either FS800x600x32 or Win720x568)

One other question I'd like to ask - in the hard drive section I've got a folder on my PC set up as a hard drive folder - when saving files here from WinUAE are the files modified? I copied an Amiga EXE to this folder then tried to run it and I met Mr Guru.

Make sure Windows error reporting is not completely disabled. You won't get any crash dumps if it is disabled.

Nothing is modified. Are you sure the program works standalone? Most require libraries, setpatch etc..

I was CD'd to PC0: after having copied my BWrite exe there. Tried writing a bootblock to a floppy which is when it crashed.

Which floppy were you trying to write the bootblock to? (Not DF0:, I hope! ) Did you have a formatted .ADF image mounted in that floppy drive?
