My Amiga Game Collection in Pics (wished by some Users)
Hi Amigans,
Because I was so active in the HOL Section for the last two years (was just here since 2021) some Users wished to publish some pictures of my Amiga Game Collection. I just can put 8 Pics in one Thread, so I get 9 single pics in one bigger picture. I hope this will be good enough to see some details. Maybe it is interesting for other Users here, I put these pictures not in the HOL Section. For my Collection I have mainly 4 big IKEA Shelfs (pics 1 to 6), on white IKEA Shelf (pic 7) and some smaller single shelfs with my CDs, OS4, Rarities and Working Programs (pic 8). Most of my collection I have still bought in Amiga shops. The last Amiga shop closed her in Berlin in 2004. After getting a member f the german a1k community I started to buy some missing Titels on Ebay. But that was not to much. I did not have the correct amount of original Amiga Games at the Moment but thee are more than 4500 boxed Games. PC and Mac Games I just have, if they worked under Mac Emulator or Engines like Scumm etc. or the Publisher is on of my favorites (like Microids, Silmarils or Impressions). So have Fun and remember some old Amiga Games, maybe.... |

Wow, amazing collection! What are the two copies of Microcosm? CD32 presumably, and... 3DO?

Two thoughts:
1. Put me in your will. 2. I appreciate the duplicate copies. I have had duplicates in various collections of mine. I regret getting rid of anything, even duplicates! |

@SteveJGore
Microcosm. No, I am sorry. This one is really just doubled. I had one in a job lot. Maybe this one is incomplete. I believe I have to check. I am no collector of different Systems. I never had C64, Playstation etc. just Amiga. MAC and PC I just bought, as I say before, just when they worked on Shapi/Fusion/Basilisk or Scum, Exult, etc. @stainy Well some normal "doubles or triples" are of course 1 ECS, 1 AGA 1 CD32 Version or 1 English, 1 German Version some are more special. for examples... from Rüsselsheim (german Detroit) existing ECS V.1.1 and ECS V1.2 boxed same in AGA also V1.1 and V1.2. And because I love Impressions I also have the DOS Version. Ultimate Soccer Manager also exists in ECS and AGA and then comes the DataDisk for both Version and last the MidSeason Update for both. Two extreme Cases are Tracksuit Manager 2 and Manu Premier League Championship. Manu existing firstly two different boxes. One with Eric Cantona on the Box and one with Nicky Butt. The Eric Cantona Box was sold in UK and in France and is harder to find. I believe that Krisalis changed the Box after Cantonas Karate Jump and his 8 month lock out. Also there existing different Versions. V1.0 has red Disks and Version 1.2 had blue Disks and there existing here only english Disks and mulitlanguage Versions. And... the update Version with Season Data 1995 was sold in the same Boxes (all Blue Disks) Tracksuit Manager 2 also exists in ECS and AGA Version with the same Box. But there was also update Version for Season 96/97 and 97/98. But that is nothing all with them. Alternative Software was really very thorough in update the Game with every delivery to shops. There existing always new Databases on the Disks some are just a few weeks of time. But I proved the Databases and it really so, that for example one Player changed the club lets say from Manu to Liverpool in August 1995. You find a Version of TM2 from September where this Change was actualise in the Program!!! But this is the reason because it is nearly not possible to save TR2 for an IPF. The Game was dublicated on Amigas from Alternative and because of these permanent updates no Version is the same. We just have saved in our a1k Dumping Group just on AGA Version 1995/96 and the 1997/98 as IPF because I bought both sealed. Thats why I have so many Versions of TR2. BTW. I had more Versions than the pics shown. Some I sold in the a1k.!!! Last edited by AMIPEGUSER; 28 February 2024 at 12:02. |

Amazing collection ! Duplicates and budgets are also interesting. A few stood out to me - Wizkid, Clever and Smart, Barbarian II, James Pond, Terremex, XP8, Cisco Heat, Fire and Ice, Uridium 2. Nicely kept in a clean environment. Didn't spot Great Giana Sisters but have there, so many titles I haven't heard of.

@fgh
The A 3000 have a nice Story. We had nearly 10 Amiga Shops this times. Because I collected all Games I was very good customer in these shops. Beginning 2000 most shops closed. In one of these I helped to renovate and clean the shop by closing. The A3000 did not worked so well and I got it as gift for my help.!!! After changing Condensators and get the battery out it works fine so far. @Snoopy1234 One Australian Game is missing in my Collection. I bought HowZat Cricket years ago via Ebay Australia. Because of the postage I want to collect some other titels from the seller, but I did not get any others. After month the Seller was away. So I never get this one. That a pity. I like to collect football and cricket games. Cricket is not really popular in Germany so it is fun for me to have these Games. Part of the rarest Games I have are these four Titels... https://amiga.abime.net/publishers/view/tronic-verlag I know one collector whicxh have also Space Cab but no one other which have these. The fifth in the Collection is missing. It was 3001 O´Connors Fight in the German Version. But I also never see this. I also never see the Rainbow Arts english Version. And of course Titels like Dark Angel and Legend of Falconia which I can give to the Community after 20 Years of searching. |

Thanks to All.
I am still searching for Silmarils Le Fetiche Maya, Windsurf Willy and the Amiga Version of Arctic Baron in the original black Boxes. Very hard to find or very expensive. |

Your room is like my temple. You should charge for admission.
You even have Heretic 2. One of those games lost to the licensing battles. |
