I guess you found a german version
 I found this in the latest TOSEC dat : Kick Off 2 (1990)(Anco)[cr OCL][tr tr Mr. XX - Mr. Too] The 'tr tr' is maybe a german translation. Maybe someone could upload that version to the zone  I would say it's a fan translation (I had the original back in the nineties and it was english).

I have found a version by Black Monks,
