Hey, the WHDLoad Version uses v1.1 - I uploaded the older Version again.

I've just bought the game after having played the demo.
The game is nice, I just hope the later levels will be more difficult and engaging.

Since there's no boxed version (yet?) could some talented guy make a nice label to print for our custom floppies?

If you own version 1.1 of the game, you can use the WHDLoad patch. Alpha One made V1.2 based on my findings when I created the patch, at the time I created the patch, 1.2 of the game was not yet available. Meanwhile Alpha One provided me with an image of V1.2, so I will update the patch shortly. However, if you use 1.1 with the patch, you'll get exactly the same result as the bugs fixed in V1.2 are also fixed in the current WHDLoad patch.

In the last two days I did find some time to play and the game is definitely more difficult after level 8, level 9.

Unfortunately I'm having some crashes during the game and this is not helping me in going ahead.
I'm using version 1.1 with whdload and the game crashes almost every time I jump and fire at the same time. I do so when there are birds I need to kill and, therefore, these crashes are really annoying...

This is the error message I get (my configuration is an A1200 with Blizzard 68060):

Another problem I have is that password of level 10 doesn't work. I got "BPXKUIJZ" (I'm pretty sure I wrote it down correctly even if the fonts used in the game aren't very clear) but when I try to start a new game using that password it doesn't work.

Could someone check their level 10 password?

I don't think so... anyway... I've found out what was wrong with the password of level 10.

I thought that I was writing BPXKUIJSZ but, instead, I was writing BPXKUIJY since the keyboard layout of the game is German!

When you insert a password it disappears as soon as you digit the last character so I never noticed that I was writing "Y" instead of "Z" until I got to level 15 starting from level 9.

Password of many following levels have a "Z" or a "Y" so trying them I noticed that the keyboard layout isn't the one of my OS (USA) but is fixed to German.

At least this is what happens with version 1.1 on whdload.
Hope this will help someone else...

Great game and in my opinion the Amiga game of the year 2022.

Version 1.3 is now available and corrects a silly bug, which I discover yesterday during our livestream (3:47:23) that occurs when shooting jumping at same time.

Great!

I had many times crashes when jumping and firing at the same time. Very happy that this has been fixed.
Will it be possible install the new version with whdload?

I've just installed the new version with whdload but as soon as the game starts it says that there's a problem or that it is an unsupported version.
I'll try to play from floppy but it would be great if we could use the new release on whdload as well.

Latest version of the game has been made based on my findings when I made the patch for V1.1, i.e. it contains the fixes that I added in the WHDLoad patch. At the time of creating the patch, V1.2 was not yet available, hence it is not supported. Support for V1.2 will be added in an updated patch, I don't know when I'll have time to do it yet, though.
