Thanks amifan, and contributors!
Currently reading through it. I think the only thing that I would change is the filename should include .guide, but that's probably a personal preference more than anything else |

There are a bunch of options for people who don't have access to an AmigaGuide reader:
All of these should work fine. LHA is also available for these platforms, or you can use 7-zip to unpack LHA files. |

Well I didn't want to say it but Amigaguide is available for 1.3...
I don't know about current AmigaGuide. I suspect AGReader would compile on OS X but I don't have anything modern enough to try. There were java apps that ran on Tiger through OS 9 but I haven't tried them. |

Nice little magazine, I just noticed two problems with it:
(a) clicking Contents button in MultiView is going to an ASCII picture rather than to the table of contents as intended. (b) "We have some great reviews of hardware and software in our first issue" does not seem to be correct; I could not find any software reviews in the magazine. |

Thank you for the comments so far, I will upload an updated one with the contents button working, change the text to reflect the actual content and add the .guide to the file. The next issue should have some more content and a new icon designed by stevelord. It has been a great learning experience doing the first issue, I have a new found respect for others who run a magazine. I hope everyone has had a great Xmas and hopefully we will see you guys for issue 2 at the end of January or early February

Finished reading it now, really enjoyed it; especially the tf1260 review as it validated my purchase. ;-)
The review mentioned you had an Indivision AGA MK3, it would be really nice to see a review of that in a future issue. |

Hello guys, happy new year! Thank you for everyone who downloaded the first issue and sent in comments and suggestions, we reached over 200 downloads for the first issue which is much more than I had ever expected. Issue 2 is slowly getting there, for the second issue we have:
Reviews - Amiga OS 3.2.1 update - GuruNet - ACA1221lc - Retrospective reviews: DSS8 and ClassicWB Guides - Setting up Timberwolf on the latest OS4.1 update - TF1260 Alpha firmware - Setting Up Roadshow and GuruNet - Lightwave 101 - Basic modelling - Brilliance 101 - creating a marble texture Amiga People (Interview) - Carl Sven of datagubbe.se and more If everything goes to plan it should be out at the end of January or early February. |
