Picked up an A600 earlier this week figuring it would be a good A500 replacement, stuck Castle Master in and the arrow keys don't seem to work you have to use the joystick... is it likely to be a faulty keyboard or did the A600 just have some keyboard related compatibility problems? played it in the A1200 and the arrow keys work fine for moving around.
Never mind I fixed it by replacing the plastic clamp on the keyboard ribbon cable with a spare, for some reason the one fitted wasn't exerting enough pressure. I tested the arrow keys in Workbench to confirm that it was indeed a keyboard problem got no response out of them whatsoever. Last edited by TCD; 10 March 2011 at 20:06.
