Lists of notable games for Amiga

Christmas is a time of lists, and I'm interested in three lists of suggestions for games that were particularily good, original, famous, classic, popular, trendsetting, or otherwise notable:

1. Games that were originally released/developed on Amiga and later ported to other platforms. Examples: Lemmings, The Settlers, Another World, Pinball Dreams/Fantasies/Illusions, Populous, Megalomania, Worms.

2. Games that were exclusively released for Amiga, no other platforms.

3. Games that were ported to Amiga from other platforms, and the Amiga version is better than the original. Examples: Silkworm, Turrican.

Some great games here, thanks! Would be nice if you could include category number. Most of the ones mentioned seem to be 1, Agony is 2.

Another one in 1 is Moonstone.

...Pirates!
Oh no! I disagree. Ok, the Amiga graphics look better than on the C64, but nevertheless it was a bad port. They didn't even manage to implement scrolling.

Maybe... I thought the original was the PC CGA version and I don't know the C64 version.

Also, it make me wonder... Did the original version of Monkey Island was also the CGA (or the EGA) ? Because in that case the Amiga version is way better !

How has everyone overlooked Beneath a Steel Sky? It was released first on Amiga and remains one of the best adventure games the Amiga has had. Oh I see someone mentioned it before. Well don't forget about the awesome Civilization. Still a classic.

Hired Guns (of course )

Combined cooperative and puzzle-solving gameplay mechanics with a first-person perspective, something that would only two decades later be revisited again, starting with Portal on the PC.
