Not today. And it’s not just the TF536 but any accelerator with 32-bit autoconfig FastRAM. It’s a software issue in the Extended ROM

Hmm just wondering if I could disable my accelerator to allow the A570 to function.

Just to revive old thread. Is this still the case today? I was thinking about buying TF536.

No you can get a 2.35 ROM for A570 that works with TF536 (and other 030+ accelerators with 32-bit FAST RAM)

What about the A590, can that be used as well?

It will work but why would you want to? Great care has to be taken with the DMA mask. When transferring data from HDD into TF536 FastRAM it must use PIO mode and that makes it terribly slow.

Just use the TF536 PATA interface!

In a case when I have a stock A500 with this expansion, but I'd like to fill up hdd with installable stuff. I'd like to set up a classic A500+A590 config with all major stuff from it's heydays but would like to bypass the pain of dismantling the A590, putting the HDD into a SCSI equipped Amiga, then all this way back. A CF card to load and copy from there is much more simple for me. Speed (or slowness) is not really relevant.
I have various configs, ACA500, TF, etc, so as I'd like to customize them I'd like to find the shortest way for the SW side.

You will be able to copy from A590 to TF536-IDE if that is what you need to do. It's a "do once" thing so transfer speed not really relevant. You might have to use HDToolBox to change DMA mask for the A590 disk so it is only 24-bits and doesn't try to DMA into TF536 FastRAM (Which lives in the Zorro III address space)
