Similar to Jail Break

Hello people, I'm sorry for resurrecting this thread from the depths of oblivion and also for asking a totally off topic question, but I really need to know this.

I distinctively remember playing at the arcades a game in which you control an escaped convict and so I though it was Jailbreak by Konami, but in this one, which has almost the same graphics, you control a cop. Could someone please tell me the name of the game I'm talking about? It's probably a sequel to Jailbreak, since the graphics are the same but a little bit more updated.

I checked a few lists of Konami games but didn't find what I'm looking for.

Hmmm, not policeman as such but maybe Crime Fighters?

Are you sure it's made by Konami? You could go to the Arcade History website and search for all games made by Konami. Just set the "Manufacturer" = Konami

Thank you all very much for the quick replies, but none of them is the one I'm after.

The game is pretty much a Jail Break clone, you control, if I remember correctly is shirtless, red and white stripe pants and the guy drags the classic metal ball chained to one of his legs. The weapons are exactly the same, too. Could it be an unofficial 'hack' or clone?

Just to clarify... Is it an Arcade or Amiga game your trying to find?

From your initial post (and what I've requoted above) it would seem an Arcade game
