HDMI to RGB for 1084S?
Hello everyone
I'm absolutely loving using my Amigas on my Commodore 1084S monitor with the RGB cable and I recently bought an HDMI to AV converter so I can use it as a second monitor for my Macbook haha. That works great although I was wondering if there was a way of connecting it to the RGB port instead for superior quality. Is this possible? |

If the converter has a SCART output or some other 15kHz RGB, a cable could be built easily enough. If not, you're out of luck.

It is possible but only if your adapter has an RGB output which not many do. Usually it is just composite.

Yeah I don't know of any converter that goes from HDMI to RGB, if anybody knows one, let us know, because I'd be interested too.

With https://github.com/ericwazhung/avr-edid-spoofer various HDMI to VGA converters may work.
