Thanks. I liked Sonix a lot though and had great fun with it. There were also games with Sonix scores as music like Star Wars.

thanks for sharing, great
i remember when i shared a couple of those soundtrack tunes, recorded into some tapes, to some pc-user friends; their stunned faces the next day on a side note, if memory serves me well (i doubt), iirc on my old a500 kick1.2, the first Soundtracker worked well also with one drive |

Ahoy always makes some great quality videos. His "FLATLINE: How The Amiga Languished" video is excellent. Always incredibly well researched.

Good vid. I would like to add: PT3.xx never happened, it was just a mirage or a figment of the collective imagination. PT2.3 is where it's at.

PT2.3 has the "standard PT module" playroutine, so old modules will play correctly and modules made with PT2.3 will also be guaranteed to be interoperable.
PT3.x modules are best played with the version that they were composed on, but if one takes the time to figure out what to do and what not to do, then interoperability can be achieved. I just noticed back in the day that the various PT3.xx versions play some PT1.x/2.x commands differently (and the differences varied between 3.xx versions) -> delete PT3.x, back to PT2.3. But having said that, everyone please do what you wish. Should have maybe added a smiley to my previous post. :-) |

I agree with what you say. Just didn't get what you meant by "never happened...".
