I think he made the dats and somebody else added images, but I'm not sure. The images come from TGOD, TOSEC, TDC and few other major collections + some other contributors.

I will upload the proper one tomorrow. I'd rather not split it because then it might not generate a torrent, and it needs to be a zip otherwise you won't be able to look inside on the archive.org*. It's only ~18GB anyway, so you can do the sorting at home.

*unless somebody knows better way of uploading there...been using it for quite a few years but it's still a mystery to me

Yes it is, but like I said uploading there is a pain. Their uploader client is very slow, has no resume capability and usually crashes at least once. Just like it did yesterday near the very end

It usually takes me several attempts to upload something there successfully. When it's done I'll post here.

Alright, managed to get this through on the 3rd attempt. This version should be ok. I recommend using the torrent, at least you can resume it...

Check out the eXoDOS Version 5.0 Collection. It has a lot of excellent MS-DOS games, both CD and floppy versions.

https://www.retro-exo.com/exodos.html

eXoDOS is an attempt to catalog, obtain, and make playable every game developed for the DOS and PC Booter platform. We strive to find original media rather than using scene rips or hacks. This collection uses DOSBox to allow these older games to play on modern systems. Games supported by ScummVM give the user a choice between emulators. All required emulators are included and have been setup to run all included titles with no prior knowledge or experience required on the users part.

This pack includes 7,200 DOS games. The focus is on games that were either released in English or are fairly easy to play without a knowledge of the native language. This is not every DOS game ever made, however it is a very high percentage of all commercial releases. There are thousands of freeware, homebrew, and shareware games that will continue to be added in future packs.

The games have already been configured to run in DOSBox. Games which are supported by ScummVM will give you the option at launch as to which emulator you would like to use.

There's also a Windows 3x Games Collection.

Floppy disk

A few games (Not many) here but mainly the os's which is nice (I used it to get pcdos and windows 3.11 for my 486's by setting up a bootable sd card (Use the program clearhdd.exe before you use the dos format)
https://winworldpc.com/library/operating-systems
https://winworldpc.com/library/games

Then you can just boot the disk as you would in your chosen pc emulator and put all the games you want on (Remember 2GB limit for DOS!)
Attached Files
File Type: 7z Clearhdd.7z (1.25 MB, 32 views)
