How much is this worth?

I'm in the process of of de-cluttering lots of stuff now I've moved to a new house, and I've decided I'm probably going to part with a lot of my Amiga stuff.

I've decided to just list stuff in this thread in an ongoing basis. If you'd like to buy anything just make a sensible offer in-thread or PM me. However I'm not entirely sure what most of this is worth so I'm also after advice in-thread as to whether I should just bulk sell it, split, etc.?

Pictures available on request!

The list so far:

Agony
Air Bucks
Air Combat Aces
Amiga Format Game Pack 3
Armour-Geddon
Badlands Pete
Blitzkrieg
Bloodwych Data Disks vol. 1

Sorry for the evident wrong-forum post. I had thought of posting in Marketplace but since I'm not actually selling anything yet it seemed a bit misleading!

Thanks for the info, alexh - I had checked eBay but apparently didn't search hard enough!

Updated - I've posted a huge list of games that I'm interested in getting rid of, and there's way more to follow!

Any price advice appreciated (specifically whether any of them are worth parting with separately or if I should just bulk-sell a lot of them).

If anyone would like to buy anything I've listed, just stick an offer in the thread!

Pictures are available on request.

I'd sell separately. You've got quite a few titles that will sell in the £10-15 range and a lot which will be in the £0.99-2.00 range.

Agony
Armour-Geddon
Bloodwych Data Disks vol. 1
Dungeon Master
Dungeon Master: Chaos Strikes Back
Eye of the Beholder
Eye of the Beholder II
Microprose F1 Grand Prix
Syndicate
Turrican 3

These are most likely to earn you the most.

There could be a gem in amongst the others but I don't think so.

You should easily make in excess of £100, but it will take you many hours to prepare individual eBay Auctions... perhaps offer the job lot to a collector for under £70

No I'm not interested

Not so.

Once you list one item, if you then select 'sell similar item', it will copy the entire contents of the last listing for your next listing, and you just edit the bits that are pertinent to the new title, takes minutes.

In my previous experience, most of the time taken in putting individual auctions together is snapping all the photos and sorting through them. I use Turbo Lister so duplicating a listing does, indeed, take seconds.

I still reckon it could take you more hours to make individual auctions than is worth it in monetary compensation.

If you can get all 60 done in 2hrs then go for it.

Yes agree with you there - taking photos takes me hours usually. I'd sooner just take a couple of snaps of a job lot in a big box and leave it at that!

What condition is AB3D II? Is it boxed with manual, the box unsquashed?

Excellent condition box but no manual sadly (or maybe I stored it somewhere else but that seems unlikely)

DJ Mike.. I sold a job lot of 87 games on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...#ht_500wt_1182

They do sell. Courier cost was around £40 and I had a box big enough for them all!

I'd be interested in Shadow Sorceror. What condition is it in and is it complete? Any chance for a photo..?

Damn that was a good price, ~£3 per game which is about what you would have got if you had sold them separately. It wasn't even a particularly good eBay advert, i.e. poor photo's and not a great description, no links to HOL etc.

I take it you advertised your eBay sale on all Amiga forums far and wide?

Actually, I often think less is more where eBay is concerned - I post very little about my items other than what they are, what is included, and a picture - people can decide for themselves if they want more info.

With a job lot like that, about all I'd do is list all the games, how much for postage, a picture of the contents, then leave it at that!

mk1 - I'll have a look for Shadow Sorceror this evening and let you know.

I've always found it the other way round, at least for high priced items like a computer system. If you supply lots of high resolution photos hosted off ebay, put a lot of spit n polish into the advert, links to drivers, reviews etc. then you incite bidding fever where a bidder will pay over their self-imposed max limit.
