User folder move & general cleanup

Some of you might have noticed that I (or the rest of the lazy file server team ) haven't moved your contributions from the user folders to the 'normal' file server structure anymore since Magix moved to another host. Partially that was due to me being busy, but mainly because I simply couldn't. Anyway, this has been 'fixed' now, so during the next days I'll move files from the user uploads section. If your user folder is gone that just means that every file has been moved, so if you want to upload something new, please create it again.

Thank you all for the amazing number of files that you've contributed since we started
