And if it was Elder Scrolls: Arena on Amiga only what kind of games you have in front, what is the Amiga experience in gameplay and what are the hardware requirements to play with you.
This game require minium 386 and 4 MB of memory and 2D vga card.

If this game was developed on Amiga in 1993/4 could have the same success or not?

Hard to say. The game would only appeal to a subset of players that had the hardware to run it, and of that subset only a subset of people who like RPGs, and of that subset only a subset of people who can stomach the rather janky and often buggy gameplay

But maybe the free movement rather than grid based world would have made Amiga people go crazy for it and prevented the game from having a really bad start on the PC as a result of that, who knows.

Legends of Valour was the closest us Amiga gamers had to Ultima underworld, and was a critical success even though the game was pretty average.

So I'm sure Elder scrolls: Arena would find its audience even if it was a somewhat scaled back port

Master of Orion on Amiga: in many ways the same game as the PC, but to fit the A500 with 1MB/floppy drive only scenario there's more loading times and less animations.

Same with Master of Magic.
