I'd say just ignore the ROMs with the old copyright message, they aren't available anymore. If somebody donates the whole set to Toni and he add the ROMs to WinUAE people can just redownload them from the hyperion website if their ROM isn't recognized.

He already mentioned it is about trying to stay away from both Cloanto and Hyperion lawsuit drama. He prefers to not support any roms coming from any of them for the time being.
