Paula documents for a new Paula emulator library

Hello,
I am planning to write a Paula emulator library. I have done some research on the Internet for Paula chip, but I couldn't find so much information.
The most beautiful Paula emulator is ScummVM's Paula Emulator in terms of code beauty, but I am not able to compare it with UAE's Paula emulator in terms of functionality and accuracy.
UADE has audio.h and audio.c, but there isn't any documentation in the code, and it seems that it is based on UAE's Paula emulator.
According to my research, we have 2 Paula emulators, one is UAE's and the other is ScummVM's Paula emulator. A new Paula emulator written in C++, similar to ScummVM in terms of code beauty and simplicity, but well documented, would be excellent in my opinion. In addition, if we make ScummVM and UAE (WinUAE and its variants) use the new Paula emulator library, we would be able to make these projects a little bit simpler.
How can we learn how Paula works and all the details of Paula?
