Hi!
Your png archive does not work anymore.

I was wondering if you had the hiscore screen without the highscore text laid over on top. I am looking for that image.

Here it is attached for reference.

Hi

Sorry but I don't have it in stock ... actually I've completely messed up my project while zipping it: folder structure is flat and consequently it won't run, this was the backup actually...

Actually you unearthing this topic gives me a little twinge of sorrow I was working on a new engine for the game (a while ago now) and it was pretty promising (http://www.sharpmix.com/blog/zool/), but it had to halt since I couldn't progress any further especially on levels and so on. Had to get over it and well, Zool exists anyway in Amiga though its content will remain mysterious ... I guess my lack of knowledge in regards to the platform did help in this matter.

I just love this game, really good memories now 20 years ago ... esp, the CD32 music.

These days I'm on a more promising and much more advanced project , a Wipeout remake using Unity : http://www.wxx-rebirth.com/ and also [ Show youtube player ]

Cheers !!!

PS. In the archive there were only the levels rendered as PNG, using Maptapper/levels.rar/and a memory dump of the level you can get the same result.

PS2. Actually just found out the levels archive again uploaded it again should you want to take a look : http://1drv.ms/1NhgXOQ

PS3. In the future I would love to finish that initial work on ZOOL, once I have some free time I'll definitely take a look at it

Sad to hear about your Zool project but that wip3out one looks fab too. And thanks for the refreshed upload!

Sorry for bringing up a sensitive issue! I just wanted to get that image because it's really cool. Maybe someone else help.
The idea was to use it in the CD32 soundtrack upload I pt on Youtube yesterday. Truly a great soundtrack as you mentioned.

Man you know what, that's your day of luck !

Been trying to look at my project and even though sources are scrambled there was a compiled version and it ran with a few tweaks, hopefully I did save that damn workspace I spent crafting

So you get the picture you were looking for, plus a few others (all those readable, level2 background color is wrong IIRC though).

I've left to you as an exercise to crop these, you'll see their dimensions in the GUI.

Let us know what you've created with it in Youtube

Credits appreciated but not mandatory

Cheers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Work in motion graphic design so I use Adobe After Effects for this kinda thing. Not the answer you want, sorry :/

Yes those are pretty esp. the clouds at dusk.

Ok for After Effects, I'll see if that free Natron alternative can do the same ! http://alternativeto.net/software/adobe-after-effects/

By the way, have you ever finished the game ? (I didn't) It gets incredibly difficult starting level 3

Well I can't replace the videos I already uploaded, and I don't want to redo the whole information. Thanks for providing the image though! It might come handy some other time.
Here's a link to the playlist [ Show youtube player ]
