These are the version strings which appear in-game if you press 'V'. To be exact, there are two spaces between the comma and the date (HTML doesn't show this). 2.000 appears in my retail copy and 1.886 in a cracked ADF I found, so I'm guessing one is either a leaked review copy or an early release. If anyone has more information on this it'd be appreciated.

While we're adding HOL, here's a list of all twelve cheats:

SKYSCRAPER: All buildings complete in one day
PANEL: Extract buttons (leave and re-enter asteroid view to enable)
NASA: Create ship
ICEMAN: Toggle asteroid movement
TRACEY: Toggle voice
BJORK: Speech test
WIDGET: Switch which blueprints you own
NOISES: Sound test
LOADSADOSH: Gain 100,000 credits
ICBM: Gain four of each missile and spy satellite
TELESCOPE: See all asteroids, view alien colonies without spy satellite
LEMINGS: Gain 50 population

I believe that the "extra-hard alien" cheat is a hoax - it doesn't appear in either of my copies, and is probably just someone's save game.
