why doesn't the TOSEC SPS collection include scans?

Something that's been lurking on my mind for a while now.. I was wondering why the TOSEC collection of SPS (games in particular) doesn't include the box, disk and manual scans?

Almost every other SPS/IPF collection I've seen online generally has the scans with the .IPFs.

The TOSEC SPS collection includes all scans that are available. Maybe the one you got the files from removed them?

Which would probably happen if they were scanned by that useless TIM tool that also removes CUE sheets from BIN images etc...??

yup, the TOSEC collection I've got was processed by TIM.

farken useless piece o'carp s/w it is.

There are some other dats in which people have put included their own boxscans and such.

a fair ammount of the CapsDI sps releases still have scans , although moslty the older ones.

Oh yeah and that POS TIM also misses some items for some unknown reason... and its missed ALL my Sharp X68000 titles..??!?! WTF ... But at least U can easily "scan" a whole collection which CLRMamePro doesnt seem to (or I cannot work out how to)..
