It looks gorgeous - I see a lot of references to Shadow of the Beast (though I'm sure this will have better gameplay) - it seems like this will be more of a sequel to that game than its actual sequels were!

(I don't mean to knock the sequels, mind you - just saying that they had a different tone.)

Seems slower now. Also the main sprite's walking animation is not in sync with his movement.

Thanks a lot guys for the feedback!.

As disclaimer, I am taking the PC version as main reference, but not yet finished on Amiga, so post here whatever you feel should be improved.

@tarr, seems slower?, maybe the video?. Yes, I will adjust the animations.
@Predseda do you mean the trees at the end?. I will check that.

Looks amazing. Wouldn't have thought that you would be able to pull of that many parallax layers.

And yes, the most backwards of the layers is moving wrong speed (and even direction?).

Do not waste much time with the small details and observations of the video. The video does not show anything final, there is actually a lot of work to be done. As I mentioned earlier, the intention of the video is to show the technical advances that have been made with the new framework and that the project is not dead, it is still in progress, slow, but in progress.
Be patient, we know that we need lot of fine tuning.

Yes - layers must move: the most front fastest, the most far slowest. Look from the window out of the train for example.

Guys, I really appreciate your work, looking forward to next progress.

Take it as a compliment that people are commenting on fine details as it shows it’s already looking at a very advanced level.

It’s really impressive stuff, looking forward to seeing how it progresses!

Dude, everybody says it looks amazing.
And that wrong parallax layer sticks out like a sore thumb, it's not a small detail..

Yes I know . Until yesterday the biggest concern was if the project was dead or not, today the problem is if a layer has a value of X =-6 instead of x =6, I imagine it is a progress.

Thank you guys for all the comments.

Don't worry about the parallax. As I mentioned in another post, we try to match the PC version. I did the parallax that way, because it is how the PC version works. This is something that can be changed in a line of code, so don't worry and pleas don't fight more on this. I really appreciate you guys pointed it out!.
