I simply loved R.I.S.K. from The Edge and also liked Motos from Mastertronic. And not to mention great The Master of magic (all C64), which I really can imagine remade for Amiga...

Masterblazer: http://hol.abime.net/2420 (screenshot is from the optional "race" part, not main game) In the intro, there's even a fractal mountain flyby that looks like Rescue on Fractalus - which is what made me start this thread in the first place. Quote:
Apocalypse: http://hol.abime.net/3282 For Robotron, check out Llamatron: http://hol.abime.net/4970 (I did also say, "games that have never been converted/cloned/copied in any form". Yeah, llamas aren't robots... but close enough.) Quote:
SD card reader for Atari 8-bit. It's awesome. I copy disk images from Amiga to Atari. Game loading is fast (well, compared to floppy loading). I've even typed stuff on an Atari wordprocessor, saved it on SD, loaded it on Amiga, then sent it on the internet. (Why? - because I can, damn it!) SabreWulf and Underwurlde.
Work on both titles was actually underway on both games (the idea was that the coders would license the titles from Ultimate), and screenshots even appeared in Amiga mags. Sadly neither saw the light of day. |

Though I also found a video of a PC remake that, while the graphics looked polished just didn't seem to have the atmosphere of the original, so maybe it's for the best that they left it as is. |
