CITIZEN Z1DE-57A - Floppy drive mod to Amiga

Hi Folks,

Picked up a couple of Citizen Z1DE-57A drives and made the modifications per Jope's instructions :

http://83.150.127.2/AmigaFloppy/Z1DE-57A.html

Made the mod, done it twice, but neither drive is working correctly - the drives power up and respond but cant read or write disks.

Im testing on an A500 using ATK.

Anyone else done this?

These instructions are by Anssi Luukkonen (he sometimes goes by the handle Luukone)

What kind of response do you get? Motor activates ok? Stepping works in both directions? Diskchange detect works?
