Maybe a mod could (re)move the bickering somewhere else so non-trolls could actually see that there's a whdload in the works..

Sound glitch is now confirmed to also just be loader issue, so hack/fix for that is done.

I'm not sure who is bickering - one poster has made some particularly negative remarks and has simply been picked up on it. It's hardly a flame war...

Attached is final preview version. Seems to work fine on 1260/50 and pistorm32 (video at https://eab.abime.net/showpost.php?p...8&postcount=58).

Note: it doesn't work on plain a1200 (dies during load in part 10 or so) so probably needs preload (enabled by default). Not sure I'll ever fix this as it's too painful to watch w/o anyway.

Rubber cube problem (apart from bpu=7 thing) turned out to be issue in startup code (also cause of corruption during first effect on real HW).

I'll be more or less AFK next 3 weeks, so unless serious issues are reported (or HD version is created by TBL

) version will be bumped to 1.0 and it'll be released.

P.S. you can exit from last screen with LMB, but preferred quit key should also work (report if it doesn't, otherwise try F10)

@paraj. Thx for a major effort in getting EON to the other model miggys. v0.2 ran fine on A1200 030/40 with just a screen-drop at the transition from car in alley to cube. Cube is running correctly Thanks again.

That's good to hear!

Here's a little something extra while we're at it. Note that they really mean it when they say that you should make sure to switch the floppy in time!

(Hope I don't have to remind anyone, that this version won't work with the whdload slave...)

EDIT: Part below rubber cube is not quite right yet here, this is on purpose so TBL will still have to release proper fixed version

This is super cool paraj, thanks so much! It runs great on my A1200 with TF1260 and Rev 1 060 at 50Mhz. The sound and picture dip out for the disk swap, but that's ok - keeps me appreciating running it on my A500+. This is a great effort. And great job with the icon Snoopy1234
