I have an A2000 with an optical drive - can I play CDTV titles?

Ive recently installed a CD burner in my A2000, and it works!

Can I play CDTV titles, and how do I go about doing it? Is there any special software required?

Im using AmiCDFS which loads at boot time in Workbench, so this would mean I would need to launch any CDTV titles through Workbench. Are CDTV discs all Workbench/Amiga-Dos compatible?

Cheers,
Matt.

yes you can play cdtv titles because all CDTV discs are amiga dos compatible...but maybe you need 1mb chip for certain titles
insert a cdtv title and look for the executable of the game and run it from shell
that's all
remember to conect the external cd audio cause if the game have cdda audio tracks you can't hear it
