Here's a simple poll that not even the Maaad Mods (© / ®) could ruin, cause I've securely covered all the possible options already.
![]() So, the question is easy: What's your favorite game developed by The 8th Day? And before anyone asks, yes, I know Gender Wars is not available on the Amiga, but... they did it and thus it requires a mention. ![]() Last edited by Shoonay; 01 June 2008 at 00:42. |

Heimdall's not really my cup of tea and I've never even heard of Gender Wars, so...

Heimdall! It took me ages to figure out the controls without the manual back in the days, but I loved the intro so much I never gave up

I disliked Premiere and i've never played Gender wars...
I liked and finished both Heimdall 1 and 2: the one had more convincing ambientation, some cool design, great intro and character creation monigames. but it was flawed, imho, by a too obscure path to follow and a silly party management and combat. the combat animations were great! but too few, repeatitive and often the combat itself too hard. Heimdall 2 had more colourful graphics, even if - maybe - a less inspired, simpler but repeatitive combat, easier gameplay and clear enough goals. as well some puzzling part that left me very cold. however i guess i prefer the second episode, all in all. |

I like Heimdall alot, never played Heimdall II nor Gender Wars enough to say anything about those.
However, Premiere is my choice. ![]() Great platformer. |
