So i have followed your instructions. told CMD to look in the GW folder, typed gw info and it replies 'GW' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

The connection to the floppy seems like it the only way to connect it, if i twist the cable around the led on the floppy stays lit, the way it is now its off. the connection on the grease weazel has a notch in one side so it cant be inserted the other way around.

Im using windows 10

Ok, when you launch a command prompt it will probably be in your "C:\Users\<username>" directory.

Let's say you copied Barry's batch file to "C:\Temp".

You'd then need to type "CD\Temp" to where the batch file is.

Its Working!!!!

But

When i tried to read the disc back i got

D:\Temp>gw read Blues\Blues_.raw --tracks=c=0-83
Reading c=0-83:h=0-1 revs=3
T0.0: Raw Flux (139317 flux in 659.20ms)
** FATAL ERROR:
[Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'Blues\\Blues_00.0.raw'

I put it into my amiga and at first it seemed to struggle, like it was a cracked version. The sound was noise but after a couple of minutes I got the main menu screen and music.

Why wouldnt it read the file back to me?

After playing BB for a short while I ran the disc through xcopy pro 3.3 checkdisk, the first row on both sides were 0s but then nearly all other numbers were 5. Is this like that on your discs?

Up to track 9.1 it's AmigaDOS and possibly 39-41, rest are IBM/Atari tracks! Also, when reading in GW make sure the directory for the RAW files exists first as GW does not create it so in my example the folder 'Blues' must already exist!

I guess that sometimes you really do have to state the obvious

Kryoflux has a -p switch to create the folder, GW has no similar option yet!

This is what my copy looks like in X-Copy:

I don't understand what you mean. The RAW file was in the folder that The Blues Brothers.ipf file was in.

If you put: gw read folder\rawfile_.raw --tracks=c=0-83
Then folder must be created before you start, the RAW files will then be saved into that folder. Saving into a folder keeps the dumps separate rather than having 100's or 1000's of files all in the same folder!

disk Blues 12K free

s

loader 10552
MAIN.PROG 66302
system-configuration 232

I copied the disk using DMS read RAM:T/blues

I then wrote to a blank floppy and it copied no problem. Both disks are identical. I can put the DMS on my site if necessary. Just need DMS in C plus the CLI > DMS write RAM:T/blues and put your disk in the drive

You still need the code. That's a laugh.

Sigh, been here before haven't we Susan?

If you read the thread you'd note what you are suggesting doesnt matter nor help.

DMS absolutely will NOT copy the MFM game tracks.

I bet it's analysed quite a lot of 'shit' games though!
