Big grin Cloanto Ami Forever 3.0 VS Cloanto Ami Forever 5.0

might it be worthwhile to upgrade to the 5.0 version or should the 3.0 version I already have suffice ?
Having known the upgrade price, I thought I'd better off weighing the two versions first.
Anyone had purchased the 5.0 version ? How does it differ with the old 3.0 ? Thanks in advance

You don't need to have any version of AF if you already have the roms and workbenches you need.

I have AF5 it's a great proggy but to be honest a waste of money, AIAB looks better in my opinion than AF does.

I didn't like all the extras that came with AF5 like the boring video clips and such.

I just setup AF 5.0, and it is a terrific
product. I have none of the problems
that users here write about. I especially
like the way you can mount ADF files on
the fly and the way the LHA - RAM tool
works. You bring files straight in from your Windows hard drive to open in RAM.
The only problem I have had is getting the games to open on my laptop screen.
Everything else I have tried, works great.
