Scanlines Direct3D filters

This affects Winuae from 15.1 to the current beta, 1530 b6
(i.e since the new d3d filters have been implemented)

If it's related to the implemented filters only and so it's not of interest, it's ok, i just wanted to report it. Also, i've searched the forum for this problem and i have not found it, but maybe it was posted in some other thread, in that case, feel free to delete.

Fullscreen AND windowed, any resolution but 800 x 600.

the problem:

- scanlines are difficult to start at first (es: ist's possible you have to switch to a diff. resolution or filter and back, to make the scanlines appear)

- the scanlines are uncentered, leaving a part of the screen not scanlined

you can test with a quickstart mode: set the filter to use 1x in both scales; if you come from a not scanlined mode, the switching trick is needed, if you start the emulation with scanlines on, they may appear at first try.

I'm seeing the same effect under the conditions you describe, so far I'd just ignored it and used OpenGL instead.

OpenGL are very unstable here, but again, i don't use scanlines almost never, so it's not really a pronlem to me, just maybe something to use as future reference

Filter scanlines look absolutely awesome on my (overbright, as TFTs tend to be) laptop Ultrasharp screen! It's the closest I've come to wonderful C1084 pillowy slightly rounded juicy pixels, while not getting abyss-black cut-my-head-off "Slayer Mountain scroller" scanlines in between

default WinUAE settings on Fullscreen Hires 1920x1200x32-bit
Scanlines on

Null filter 1x
Horiz size 2x
Vert size 2x
