CAPS - I was wrong
I've never actually rubbished the CAPS project, but in its first inception, as well as doubting that Istvan could do it, I didn't see the point when WHDLoad was pretty much doing the same job.
As the CAPS project gained momentum, I started having doubts about what I was thinking. I can now look back without fear of contradiction that I was TOTALLY wrong about CAPS. There, I've said it! In conjunction with WinUAE, Action Replay 3 ROM file, Wolfpack.IPF, I've managed to crack and debug the game on a PC, so the results can be put into the WHDLoad install for a real Amiga. I have had several .IPF images to play around with in WinUAE, and its a testament to the skills of not only Istvan, but also to Toni Wilen with WinUAE. I'm a convert chaps... I was wrong Who says I can't be humble? |

Humility! Such a nice change from the elitism and arrogance you see too much of on this board.
BTW not you Galahad |

Anyway, I am glad you found your love fo CAPS. I like them since day one but I'll be a complete devote whenever I'll be able to transfer those juicy IPFs back to disks... Got to try and use them with WHDLoad and stuff, too... |

Only (and I mean SOLELY) with the aid of CAPS, it can be possible to perfectionize emulation even towards 99% - 99.5%, so that WinUAE (Amiga) corresponds to CCS64 (C64) regarding accuracy. This is an awesome achievement |

I'll like CAPS when they make an E-UAE-OSX compatible plugin for it.
