Either way, we prefer fix in place resolving.
Logo original was OK, when cracked, was OK. The problem was the disk the guy stored on the crack on.

It was either bad or faulty, hence the error reported by ADF workshop.

It's of course dumping from bad media the root core of the fault. So these kind of faults must be repaired with a good working version.

Anyway, dont get me wrong, but your fixes are not ideal for TOSEC preservation, we can do it much better and faster, because we have the tool for it!

If you are interested to do fixes for TOSEC preservation just ask Crashdisk!

...and it's not necessary to tell us the source of "Commando" by "RSIi"!
maybe "Alfred_Amiga_Console_BBS" collection!

Amiga - Compilation - Games

Pesten & Wizzy Quest (19xx)(Pitite Sorciere)(PD)
=> Pesten & Wizzy's Quest (19xx)(Pitite Sorciere)(PD)

Pesten is 1995, Wizzy's Quest is 1990. Didn't see when the compilation was actually released. Also I'm not sure if Pitite Sorciere refers to a publisher, scene group or just the randomly chosen name of the disk.

While on the subject of "Phalanx"...

...these disk should be renamed:

a) Phalanx (1987)(Anco)[cr HQC][t +1 HQC].adf
b) Phalanx (1987)(Anco)[cr HQC][t +1 HQC][a].adf
c) Phalanx (1987)(Anco)[cr HQC][t +1 HQC][a2].adf
d) Phalanx (1987)(Anco)[cr HQC][t +1 HQC][a3].adf
e) Phalanx (1987)(Anco)[cr HQC][t +1 HQC][a4].adf
f) Phalanx (1987)(Anco)[cr HQC][t +1 HQC][a5].adf

It's a forced trainer so: "<blah> [forced t +1 HQC]"

...at least these disks show a message in the first line:

b) Phalanx (1987)(Anco)[cr HQC][t +1 HQC][a].adf
d) Phalanx (1987)(Anco)[cr HQC][t +1 HQC][a3].adf
f) Phalanx (1987)(Anco)[cr HQC][t +1 HQC][a5].adf

Ignore this... the trainer is "off" by default on all disks

Switching it on gives you "invincibility"; wish it was just "unlimited lives"

...but as mentioned, only the following tell you how to switch on / off:

b) Phalanx (1987)(Anco)[cr HQC][t +1 HQC][a].adf
d) Phalanx (1987)(Anco)[cr HQC][t +1 HQC][a3].adf
f) Phalanx (1987)(Anco)[cr HQC][t +1 HQC][a5].adf

Up to you guys how best to name

"Seconds Out (1991)(Prism Leisure)[budget].adf" should be renamed to "Seconds Out (1988)(Tynesoft).adf".

If you look at these:

a) Seconds Out (1988)(Tynesoft)[h BS1 - TKT].adf
b) Seconds Out (1988)(Tynesoft)[h HTL - DF].adf

You firstly see this screen:

Followed by your boxer looking like this when playing:

...this is the same as with the currently named "Seconds Out (1991)(Prism Leisure)[budget].adf"

____________________________________________________________________________________________________
____________________________________________________________________________________________________

Also, if you take a look at "Seconds Out (1991)(Prism Leisure)[budget][2760].ipf", there is no first screen and your boxer looks different like this when playing:

"Seconds Out (1991)(Prism Leisure)[a][budget].adf" matches this so should be renamed to "Seconds Out (1991)(Prism Leisure)[budget].adf".

yeah, Seconds Out disks needs a closer look:
Seconds Out (1991)(Prism Leisure)[h MFC][budget]
cant be correct, since MEgaforce was not active in 1991 anymore!

I wonder if the IPF version actually was originally released in 1991. The date is, perhaps, based on the 3rd version of the disk!?
http://hol.abime.net/1858/diskscan

Edit:
It is interesting to note that the MFC version previously contained the Axxess & DMA hack:

A few days ago i watched a megademo from toxic trooper and after some parts it asked for "next disc". I didn't have that disc nor in the cosec archive either so i just pressed the mouse, the loader part started and then crashed when it was supposed to decrunch it.

The files name is this (tosec name):

Megademo I (1991-12-27)(Toxic Trooper).adf

Maybe there's a something missing???
