Dyna Blaster uses space bar (I think?) for time bombs. Just noticed that while playing it with my gf tonight and it was impossible to make those bombs go off Sort of ruins the game, unless you avoid getting the ability to drop time bombs.

one of the most anoying i feel is RoadKill...

there you are spanking a level and you have to reach forward or using the timed-toe-spacebar technique to fire missiles...

whats up with that?

RoadKill needs 2 buttons and NO space bar!!

You have wankin' material on your <SPACE BAR> . Remove the dirt first, now it should be enough to make those bombs explode .

Never had this prob with bombs meself. And those time bombs really make life easier in Dynablaster world. Time bombs to explode with joypad button please!

Can't you set controls as pad in the menu though?

Frontier Elite 2 would definitely benefit from some attention to the CD32 joypad code. The CD32 version was latest version of the game produced, with some extra features, but if you use it on an Amiga the button occasionally fires your lasers while you are docked which gives you a Police record and destroys the atmosphere (no pun intended!) :-)

Yes, the mouse thing was really my point - that's what I want fixed.

The differences on the CD32 version are mentioned in a review of CD32 Frontier on the Amiga Games Database, its the second of the 2 reviews I believe.

BcKid - New install works with both Sega and CD32 Pad
Zool - Support for both CD32 pad and 2 button joysticks

Psygore improved OSEmu for real joypad support

Nice!

I presume in RnT up still climbs ladders, and enables you to shoot at angles?

And I presume you don't climb ladders when you press the second button?

You have to press the jump button and then up to climb the latters.

i had a look into this today. Apart from the fact the keyboard code is hard to find (still evading me atm, but i'm sure i can get it)... there is a much bigger problem.

The game still requires names to be entered on the scoreboard with the keyboard. Personally, i would refuse to fix the game-start button without also finding a solution to the scoreboard problem. This seems like a big (although not impossible to fix) change to make - if the joystick is to be used for entry, although i'd be willing to look into it in the future, (assuming no one else shows an interest in solving this) it's not something i will be doing soon, given the size of the problem

Didn't notice this thread!

I mentioned this already in a seperate thread, but Wiz 'N' Liz could benefit greatly from a second button intended for the "drop through platforms" function, to match the Mega Drive control style.

again, if no one else is interested, i'd look into it... no guarentee's though, and i'd still need the slave source.

it's not a game i'm overly familar with however - so maybe someone more experienced might be better suited to the task :/
