Remap F10 and F11 keys

Hi, I have my mini PC connected to my 47in LED TV everything works fantastic.
So I don't have to use a normal size keyboard and seperate mouse I purchased a mini bluetooth keyboard/mouse combo.
Problem is it only has F1 - F8 keys (all I've seen this size seem the same).
I managed to find a post on remapping the F12 key to the ~ key but I'm having trouble finding how to remap the F10 key (used to exit most WHDload games) and F11 key (so I can use CTRL-F11)
Anyone got any suggestions?

Use Input panel. You can't remap CTRL+F11 but you can remap "Quit emulator" input target.
